Return Policy
At DrinkDefendly, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you'd like to return a product, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
- The return request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Returns initiated for personal reasons (not due to product defect or fulfillment error) will require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
If an order cannot be cancelled because it has already entered processing or shipment, you’re still eligible to return the products once they’ve been delivered, provided the conditions above are met.

Refund Policy
Our products are formulated to provide noticeable results from the first use, with long-term health benefits when taken consistently. If you feel you are not experiencing results, you may qualify for a refund under the following terms:
- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Refunds are not issued for taste-related concerns, as taste is subjective and not reflective of product quality or effectiveness.
- This refund policy is limited to a one-time use per customer and applies to a maximum of one product per order.
Refunds are processed only for returned or verified defective items.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is active, a refund cannot be issued until the dispute is closed. We encourage all customers to contact us directly at support@drinkdefendly.com to resolve any concerns before involving their bank. This allows us to process refunds much faster and avoid unnecessary delays.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed.
After this window, orders automatically enter our fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled, as processing and shipment begin immediately.
Once dispatched, the order will proceed to delivery. Customers who wish to change their mind after this stage may still return their items after delivery in line with our Return Policy above.
