At DrinkDefendly, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return a product, please make sure the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns initiated for personal reasons (not due to product defect or fulfillment error) will require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 3 hours after placement. After this window, your order will likely have entered processing and shipment preparation, and can no longer be cancelled.
