Shipping Policy


All orders placed with Drink Defendly include tracking information, which will be sent to you via email once your order is packed and handed off to our fulfillment partners.

Please be aware that in certain countries (e.g. Canada), customs taxes or import duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

In cases of failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee equivalent to $5 USD or the original shipping cost (whichever is higher). If the package cannot be retrieved, additional product charges may also apply.

 

 

Refund Policy


We stand by the quality of our product and want every customer to have a positive experience. If you’re not satisfied with your first order of Drink Defendly, we offer a full refund on 1 unit within 15 days of purchase, minus $3 in unrecoverable shipping costs.

This refund policy only applies to first-time purchases. Refunds will not be issued to repeat or subscription customers.

Due to the nature of ingestible products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Delivery Time


Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Most weekday orders are processed within 24 hours, but orders placed on weekends or holidays may require a bit more time.

After your order has been packed and dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 8–12 business days, depending on your location.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your package may be redirected to a local pickup point and held for up to 7 days before being returned to one of our international warehouses (located in Asia or Europe).
